If you’re a fan of Bob Dylan, you’ll probably dig this album.  I wouldn’t be surprised if Bob Dylan was inspired by this guy.  Very old-timey folk music, which can be awesome if you’re in the mood.  I dig it a lot, and I’m sure whenever I delve into my dad’s CDs, I’ll find a bunch of music like this.  I know pretty much nothing about this guy, soooo… here’s what Wikipedia has to say:

Jack Takes the Floor is an album by American folk musician Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, released in Great Britain in 1958. The original release was a 10-inch LP.[1]
